The City of Boston's Elderly Commission is in the process of developing a citywide mobility plan to increase access to services and programs for the 60+ age group. The City currently manages a free program – the Senior Shuttle – that provides transportation services to this demographic.
The Commission is now seeking innovative solutions to increase transportation access for this growing population by implementing scheduling software that can manage operations, develop plans, and optimize customer service. Up to $382,000 in funding is available.
The deadline to submit questions about this RFP (via email to Karine.Querido@boston.gov) is July 26, 2018 and the final deadline for proposal submissions is August 16, 2018.
