Limerick City and County Council, supported by SBIR Ireland, is inviting businesses to tender and develop solutions to address two of the key issues relating to the reuse of historic buildings within the City Centres of Limerick and Dublin.
The Challenge is looking for the most cost effective and least damaging solutions to deal with fire safety and universal access in the ongoing use of the historic built environment to create a more sustainable development model for these structures. There may also be a particular scope to propose solutions for collective groups of adjacent properties. The tender deadline is on 9th November 2018.
A briefing event will be held for interested businesses on Wednesday 3rd October 2018. Please register for the event with this Eventbrite page. Please also see this Frequently Asked Questions document for additional key information.
