The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) is interested in implementing an automated paratransit & fixed route scheduling and dispatching system. The system being procured will provide JTA’s customers with better information and a better experience, while also providing ways for JTA’s operators and managers to operate the system more efficiently. The Contractor is responsible for acquiring and implementing a stable and reliable integrated system that will provide JTA with the functional capabilities described in these specifications. JTA owns all the data generated by these systems and shall have the right to use the data in any fashion or way it deems fit. Contractor shall retain all software code for all applications provided under this contract in an escrow account.
JTA intends to award this project to a single contractor.
