The Opportunity 

The City of Westerville is looking to partner with a qualified, experienced Offeror for the implementation of a "mobile first", vendor hosted portal that will provide service and information about both the water and electric utility to its utility customers. The City strongly prefers an off-the-shelf package that requires little or no custom software development to meet the features and functions stated in this solicitation.

The City seeks to provide complete functionality for the City’s utility customers and staff including a platform designed to reflect electric and water consumption, billing and other utility data and as an internal analytical tool. The City expects to implement the new Utility and Customer Engagement Software Solution (Solution) during 1st or 2nd quarter 2020.
